About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join DoorDash and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role involves managing the entire candidate interview process and promoting operational best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Advocate for candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience
- →Facilitate the entire candidate interview process from phone screens to debriefs
- →Manage interview panels, confirmation templates, and attachments
- →Provide follow-up correspondence to ensure candidate interview timelines are maintained
- →Build relationships with candidates, the Recruiting team, and our partners
- →Use internal dashboards and scheduling insights to provide metrics to team members
- →Identify areas for improvement in scheduling processes and offer solutions
- →Collaborate to support Australia hiring through sourcing, reporting, and projects
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in a recruiting, HR, scheduling/coordination or administrative role
- ✓Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems
- ✓Motivated, growth-minded, and excited about expanding skills
- ✓Consultative with hiring partners
- ✓Metrics driven - use data to guide decisions
- ✓Technical expert with technical knowledge and a data-driven approach
- ✓Passionate about candidate experience and process improvements
- ✓Work well individually and with a team, bringing new ideas to the table
