About the Role
We are looking for a consultant to join our Corporate Process Technologies team in IT and drive the further development and technical support of our globally deployed HR systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, personnel planning, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and further develop SuccessFactors modules Compensation, Employee Central, and Story Reporting
- →Shape global and challenging processes such as the annual compensation and bonus round, as well as personnel and cost planning
- →Conceptual further development and maintenance of the HR reporting landscape, particularly Story Reporting and Query Manager
- →Identify new technologies and innovative (AI-based) approaches to optimize HR processes
- →Provide technical support for various integrations and interfaces
- →Moderate workshops and shape HR processes in collaboration with adjacent teams such as software development, finance, BI, and IT operations
- →Capture and review new requirements, and plan implementation considering overall processes and system architecture
- →Coordinate and manage external service providers
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules
- ✓Experience with HR reporting tools and processes
- ✓Strong IT skills and enthusiasm for innovative HR processes
- ✓Ability to identify and implement new technologies and approaches
- ✓Experience with integrations and interfaces
- ✓Strong communication and workshop moderation skills
- ✓Ability to coordinate and manage external service providers
