About the Role
We are looking for a Lead HR Business Partner to join our team. This role focuses on strategic HR development and transformation within a business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as consultant and sparring partner for area managers and executives on strategic HR topics
- →Develop and implement a holistic HR strategy to achieve business goals
- →Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and development in collaboration with Centers of Expertise
- →Contribute to the design and optimization of processes and the strategic development of HR functions
- →Develop and roll out leadership guidelines and participate in role, goal agreement, and incentive models
- →Lead a two-person team within a matrix organization
