About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing complex construction projects throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- →Process work packages independently for demanding construction projects across all project phases
- →Take responsibility for central areas of project management, particularly scheduling, cost control, quality management, tenders, and contract management
- →Structure, report, communicate, manage information, and coordinate all project participants throughout the entire project lifecycle
- →Gradually take responsibility for sub-project leadership and act as deputy project leader
- →Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- →Independently manage feasibility studies, project development, project monitoring, and tenant-user experience
- →Ensure project compliance with current EU standards and norms
- →Lead technical due diligence processes
Requirements
