About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics leader to join our growing team at Drivemode, a part of Honda. In this critical role, you will analyze vast datasets to uncover insights that drive impactful product decisions and optimize operational efficiency across our mobile apps and in-car infotainment systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze data and deliver actionable insights to create delightful mobile apps and in-car digital experiences globally
- →Forge strong partnerships with data analysts and engineers at Honda Japan headquarters and regional offices
- →Develop and maintain critical metrics and dashboards for the product team
- →Champion a data-driven culture and disseminate valuable insights throughout the company
- →Occasional travel to Los Angeles and Tokyo may be required
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of proven success as a Data Analyst/Scientist or similar role
- ✓Deep expertise in SQL, Python, and/or R, as well as proficiency in analytics tools
- ✓Experience with A/B testing, statistical modeling, and machine learning
- ✓Expertise in data modeling, data engineering, and ETL processes
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or engineering
- ✓Fluency in Japanese and work experience with Japanese corporations are pluses
