About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Program Manager to support our Board and Senior Leadership Team. This role involves driving critical business rhythms and participating in strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own quarterly Board meetings and retreats, including agenda development and material creation
- →Manage weekly S-team meetings, including topic pipeline and action item tracking
- →Create systems to support senior leadership in accountability and decision-making
- →Represent the CEO’s priorities across cross-functional initiatives
- →Maintain strict confidentiality in a dynamic environment
- →Plan and execute meetings and events
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or similar fields
- ✓Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Comfort working with executives and influencing without authority
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓High integrity and discretion with confidential information
- ✓Resourceful and self-directed in ambiguous situations
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing details
- ✓Strong systems mindset for process improvement
- ✓Proficiency with Google Calendar, email, and docs
- ✓Composed and solution-oriented under pressure
