About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Product Engineer to join the Dropbox DocSend team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of secure document management, sharing, and tracking. This role involves developing and enhancing products to deliver exceptional user experiences while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead full-stack projects autonomously, balancing technical requirements with business goals
- →Drive cross-team initiatives and collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers
- →Set high standards for quality and operational excellence, identifying and resolving technical risks
- →Mentor teammates and provide actionable feedback for growth
- →Participate in on-call rotations, debugging customer issues using logs, metrics, and traces
Requirements
- ✓9+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles
- ✓BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
- ✓Expertise in Ruby on Rails applications and React
- ✓Success in developing and deploying large-scale web applications with a user-focused approach
- ✓Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments with continuous deployment practices
