About the Role
We are looking for an AI Software Engineer to join Dropbox's Engineering team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered software applications that handle over a billion files daily. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust and scalable solutions that drive user engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI-powered applications
- →Define and deliver multi-team growth strategies with measurable outcomes
- →Lead the design and delivery of software solutions across product areas
- →Establish engineering best practices and improve system reliability
- →Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions
- →Participate in on-call rotations to maintain service reliability
Requirements
- ✓12+ years of relevant experience
- ✓BS/BA degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate user requirements into practical solutions
- ✓Experience working on large-scale user-facing applications
- ✓Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- ✓Ability to work across the stack and build minimum working products quickly
