About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join the Teams & Collaboration team at Dropbox. This role will lead key strategic design initiatives, focusing on simplifying existing Teams experiences while creating new value that supports true collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define high-level opportunities with the Design Director that have the potential to transform the user experience and business outcomes
- →Take ownership of strategic, design-led projects, driving them from concept to delivery
- →Work with the broader design organization to ensure all designs meet high standards of craftsmanship and usability
- →Help shape and execute the broader design strategy in partnership with the design director
- →Collaborate with Design, Product, and Engineering Directors to align strategic design initiatives with company goals
Requirements
- ✓8-10+ years in a senior Individual Contributor role with a proven track record of leading complex design initiatives
- ✓A portfolio showcasing significant contributions to shipping customer experiences with measurable impact
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- ✓Ability to lead design efforts in remote or distributed team environments
- ✓Experience scaling onboarding, freemium, or pricing flows in self-serve SaaS environments
- ✓Background working with AI-powered tools or interfaces
