About the Role
Dropbox is seeking a Product Manager to lead the expansion of its AI-powered security capabilities, focusing on content access governance and data loss prevention for SMB and mid-market businesses. This role involves integrating Nira’s governance technology into Dropbox Dash and developing a standalone security offering.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build next-generation security products by integrating Nira’s governance capabilities into Dropbox and developing a standalone security offering.
- →Lead an AI-driven roadmap, defining and launching intelligent features that streamline access control, enforce real-time DLP, and detect security risks.
- →Expand Dropbox’s impact in the SMB and mid-market security space by identifying opportunities and crafting a clear product vision.
- →Deliver breakthrough product experiences by partnering with engineering and design to launch automated access reviews and AI-powered security insights.
- →Turn insights into action by working directly with customers to translate their data governance and AI security challenges into product features.
- →Drive seamless execution by collaborating across engineering, security, compliance, and go-to-market teams to launch products that meet global standards.
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in Access Governance, DLP, DSPM, SSPM, or AI Security.
- ✓BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Applied Math or Statistics, or relevant experience.
- ✓Experience tackling data and IP protection challenges, especially in Access Management and DLP for SaaS platforms.
- ✓Customer-first mindset with a track record of shipping security products that are powerful yet simple to use.
- ✓Proven 0 → 1 builder with experience taking security products from idea to launch.
- ✓AI + Security Innovation experience, applying AI/ML to security challenges.
- ✓Cross-functional partner comfortable working with engineering, security, GTM, and legal teams.
