About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead Dropbox’s strategy and execution for sharing and virality. This critical role focuses on defining and driving the roadmap for sharing across web, mobile, and desktop surfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and evangelize the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dropbox’s sharing and virality experiences
- →Own the end-to-end sharing experience, including UX, access management, and receiver experiences
- →Simplify complex sharing flows while balancing intuitive default experiences with advanced capabilities
- →Partner with engineering, design, data science, and cross-product leaders to deliver solutions
- →Make high-impact product decisions while aligning with senior leadership
- →Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including presenting to the executive team
Requirements
- ✓8–10+ years of experience as a Product Manager with ownership of complex systems
- ✓Strong systems thinking and technical proficiency to work with engineering teams
- ✓Deep experience using data, metrics, and experimentation to inform decisions
- ✓Ability to lead large cross-functional teams and set strategy across organizational boundaries
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling
- ✓Strong customer focus with a track record of delivering intuitive experiences
