About the Role
We are looking for a founding Post-Sales Solutions Engineer at Dust to act as the technical partner for our existing customers, ensuring they maximize value from our AI operating system. This role focuses on driving long-term customer success through value realization and creating high-value use cases that make Dust indispensable to their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build our global Solutions Engineering organization from the ground up, defining processes and establishing best practices
- →Develop and maintain deep expertise in Dust's product and prompt engineering best practices
- →Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Enterprise customers, building relationships with technical and business stakeholders
- →Lead advanced implementation projects, including high-value use cases, technical integrations, and custom workflows
- →Lead training and workshop sessions, effectively communicating Dust's value proposition
- →Partner with Customer Success to drive adoption, retention, and expansion
- →Champion customers' needs with Product & Engineering teams, translating feedback into product requirements
Requirements
- ✓4+ years in technical and customer-facing roles (e.g., software engineering, solutions architect)
- ✓Action-oriented and organized self-starter mindset
- ✓Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- ✓Deep interest in understanding customer needs and becoming an expert on Dust’s product
- ✓Strong relationship-building skills to establish yourself as a trusted technical advisor
- ✓Effective multitasking and prioritization skills under pressure
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- ✓Data-driven mindset to interpret customer feedback and behavior
- ✓Passion for technology, problem-solving, and commitment to customers’ success
- ✓High technical aptitude, with experience working with engineers and business stakeholders
- ✓Familiarity with LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, or Gemini is highly desirable.
