About the Role
We're looking for a Support Engineer to join the Customer Success team at Dust, an AI operating system company. This is a 6-month contract role focused on delivering fast, precise, and delightful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Investigate user issues by analyzing historical patterns, logs, code, and back-office tooling
- →Analyze agent responses for inconsistencies, redundancies, and ambiguities
- →Identify and close knowledge gaps by ensuring missing information is documented
- →Handle complex cases escalated by the agent
- →Contribute to tooling, automations, and prompt engineering to improve agent performance
Requirements
