Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations
- →Lead evaluation and interpretation of compliance requirements for new and existing products
- →Monitor and analyze new regulatory requirements, driving updates to policies and controls
- →Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design monitoring and testing activities
- →Partner with Compliance Managers in compliance risk assessments
- →Drive cross-functional initiatives related to product and marketing compliance
- →Provide regulatory guidance to stakeholders
- →Manage and develop a team of compliance professionals
- →Set and execute strategic plans
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related field
- ✓1+ year managing a team
- ✓Fintech or financial services experience
- ✓Experience reviewing marketing and customer communications
- ✓Strong understanding of consumer protection regulations (Reg E, Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA)
- ✓Strong understanding of advertising standards (UDAAP, TILA, ECOA, CAN-SPAM)
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Strong attention to detail
