About the Role
We are looking for a LiveOps Product Manager to join our team at Easybrain, a company that creates casual games enjoyed by millions worldwide. This role focuses on improving existing projects and creating new events, features, and systems to enhance player experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Improve existing projects by creating new events, features, and systems
- →Take ownership of the production team to bring the product vision to life
- →Monitor game metrics and player feedback to plan updates that improve retention and revenue
- →Partner with analytics, marketing, and monetization teams to boost performance
- →Generate ideas for new features and bring them to life
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in the role of LiveOps Product Manager or Producer
- ✓Background in game development, preferably in casual games
- ✓Deep understanding of the gaming industry, market trends, and player behavior
- ✓Proven track record of launching, improving, and scaling successful casual games
- ✓Ability to clearly present ideas and make data-driven decisions
- ✓English proficiency for reading docs and basic communication
- ✓Russian language is required
