About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Lightcast, a global leader in labor market insights. This role involves fostering long-term client relationships and driving value through proactive prospecting and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities
- →Strategically blueprint and prioritize prospects from a list of large, named accounts
- →Actively prospect within enterprise accounts using various innovative approaches
- →Build a strong sales pipeline by fostering positive client relationships
- →Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline with daily forecasts
- →Apply a consultative sales approach managing an average sales cycle of 3-6 months
- →Develop multi-layered relationships within existing accounts
- →Assist potential customers in defining their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- →Conduct thorough research and analysis to create and deliver relevant presentations
Requirements
- ✓5-7+ years of successful consultative or solution-based software and data sales
- ✓Proven track record of consistent top 10% sales performance
- ✓Experience selling to and closing deals with high-level executives
- ✓Proficient in managing a Salesforce pipeline with accurate forecasting
- ✓Strong knowledge of Sales and Marketing, as well as HR and Talent Acquisition
- ✓Familiarity with APIs and programmatic data solutions
- ✓Energetic, optimistic, and entrepreneurial
- ✓Excellent time management, communication, and adaptability
- ✓Willingness to travel as needed
- ✓Technically proficient with sales tools, especially Salesforce and ZoomInfo
