About the Role
We are looking for a Software Tech Lead to join an early-stage deep tech startup focused on structural optimization. You will play a crucial role in shaping the product's growth through influencing architecture, driving code quality, and actively contributing to the codebase.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect, build, and ship end-to-end features across desktop, backend, and web technologies
- →Actively contribute to the codebase focusing on high-complexity tasks and innovative technologies
- →Design and implement robust, scalable backend architectures
- →Maintain and lead the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
- →Drive code quality through code reviews and testing procedures
- →Mentor and lead a team of software engineers
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- ✓5-12 years of software development experience
- ✓Strong proficiency in Python, QT, MVVM, and SQL
- ✓Experience with AWS, Serverless Frameworks, and DynamoDB is a bonus
- ✓Startup mentality with a product and ownership mindset
- ✓Effective communicator with hands-on approach
