About the Role
The Sales Engineer plays a critical role in blending technical expertise with strategic leadership throughout the sales cycle and customer relationship. This pivotal role is essential for customer growth and experience, requiring coordination with multiple stakeholders across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Sales to analyze prospect requirements and business challenges using the MEDDPICC framework
- →Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by supporting key opportunities and answering complex technical questions
- →Design and deliver high-impact product demonstrations to showcase the value of the EcoVadis suite
- →Serve as the regional expert on sustainability regulatory landscape and competitive intelligence
- →Provide regular reports to the Field Expert team and identify areas for improvement
- →Act as a key stakeholder providing regional feedback on market trends
- →Track engagement KPIs via Salesforce and share best practices with other Sales Engineers
- →Collaborate with product specialists and internal customer success teams for smooth adoption of the EcoVadis suite
