About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of engineering-based projects within our Urban Development team. This role involves working closely with Project Managers and technical leads to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery activities
- →Assist in developing an understanding of client objectives, scope and project outcomes
- →Help prepare project plans, programs, budgets and reports
- →Assist with project financial tracking and cost monitoring
- →Support preparation of bids, tenders and proposals
- →Assist with coordination and review of design and documentation
- →Attend site inspections and support construction phase activities
- →Assist with preparation of meeting agendas, minutes and stakeholder communications
- →Apply Egis quality, safety and risk management systems
- →Maintain organised project documentation in accordance with company requirements
