We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer (Roads/ Wet & Dry Utilities) specializing in Infrastructure to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing roads, wet & dry utilities design drawing & Civil 3D BIM Models for various infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient design processes and high-quality deliverables.
• Proficient enough in handling Civil 3D for Roadway related deliverables
• Proficient enough in handling Civil 3D (Pipe networks- Gravity & Pressure Networks) for Wet & Dry utilities related deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for infrastructure projects using industry-standard software
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate various design elements into cohesive BIM models
• Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and best practices
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts within the BIM environment
• Generate accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates from BIM models
• Prepare high-quality visualizations and renderings for client presentations
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM workflows and standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on BIM-related issues
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
