About the Role
We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to project design tasks from early stages through construction documentation. This role involves design management, team leadership, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- →Adhere to project deadlines and maintain design quality standards
- →Deliver projects under guidance of Interior Designer III, Senior Interior Designer, and/or Design Manager
- →Participate in project execution plan implementation and preparation of deliverables
- →Manage smaller teams and mentor team members at IDI level
- →Contribute to concept design preparation including project models and graphical presentations
- →Develop project deliveries while maintaining high-quality design documents
- →Adopt creative design and problem-solving approaches
- →Participate in design coordination with architecture team and various disciplines
- →Develop project BIM models and production of design documents
- →Maintain BIM quality level in coordination with BIM Coordinator/Manager
- →Participate in design code review and building materials/systems selection
- →Implement project BIM Execution plan
- →Accountable for successful project delivery meeting deadlines
- →Accountable for maintaining project deliverables in expected quality
- →Accountable for efficient planning and utilization of project man-hours
Requirements
- ✓Experience in interior design and project management
- ✓Strong understanding of BIM modeling and design documentation
- ✓Ability to coordinate with various disciplines and manage teams
- ✓Knowledge of building materials and systems
- ✓Experience with design code review and quality control
- ✓Ability to mentor junior team members
- ✓Strong problem-solving and creative design skills
