Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in project design activities from early-stage design through technical design development to construction documentation
- →Adhere to project deadlines and maintain design quality standards
- →Deliver projects under guidance from Senior Interior Designer, Design Manager, or Head of Department
- →Communicate with project stakeholders to manage expectations and drive success
- →Participate in managing larger teams and mentoring junior team members
- →Contribute to preparation of project concept designs, design delivery plans, and design management plans
- →Develop project deliveries while maintaining high-quality design documents and construction drawings
- →Assist in review of code compliances and materials/systems selection
- →Participate in design coordination with architecture team and other disciplines
- →Develop project BIM models and production of design documents/reports
- →Maintain BIM quality level in coordination with BIM Coordinator/Manager
Requirements
- ✓Experience in interior design and project development
- ✓Strong understanding of design management principles
- ✓Proficiency in BIM modeling and design documentation
- ✓Ability to coordinate with various disciplines and stakeholders
- ✓Experience in team leadership and mentoring junior designers
- ✓Knowledge of code compliances and materials selection
- ✓Ability to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards
