About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee BOOT contracts and ensure obligations are met. This role involves supervising technical reports, managing engineering teams, and monitoring construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Represent the client in supervising and administering the BOOT contract
- →Provide assistance and advice regarding deviations/variations to the contract
- →Review technical reports, documents, designs, and cost estimates
- →Manage a support team of specialized engineers and assign responsibilities
- →Check construction procedures for compliance with standards and requirements
- →Assist in evaluating and managing the Contractor’s performance
- →Prepare and present regular progress reports to the client
- →Prepare and update project dashboards and risk registers
- →Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project
- →Ensure proper document control and storage
- →Monitor progress against the approved baseline program
- →Verify installation details against specifications and drawings
- →Monitor testing, commissioning, and start-up activities
- →Ensure adequate HSE plans are implemented
