About the Role
We are looking for an Architectural Designer to join our San Francisco studio. This role involves leading all design phases for architectural projects and establishing concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- βIndependently generate conceptual design and/or master plan for projects
- βDevelop and participate in design presentations & design charettes
- βWork collaboratively with the project team to develop solutions to technical and design challenges
- βLead coordination of project efforts to ensure efficient execution
- βProvide leadership to contributing designers and monitor project design development
- βReview design and technical drawing of junior designers
- βReview project billings for consistency with contract terms
- βObtain formal approvals from clients & stakeholder teams
- βCoordinate and prepare project correspondence
- βWork with Marketing to pursue new business opportunities
- βServe as primary client liaison to bring projects to completion
