About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams responsible for bridge and transportation structural design projects. This role involves comprehensive project management, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead and manage multidisciplinary teams for bridge and transportation structural design projects
- βTake overall responsibility for project management activities, including scope definition, planning, resource allocation, budget control, and risk management
- βAct as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and managing expectations
- βProvide technical leadership and oversight to ensure designs comply with standards and regulatory requirements
- βCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutions
- βSupport business development activities by contributing to bids, proposals, and tender submissions
- βProactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- βMentor and develop team members, providing guidance and performance management
- βPromote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
