About the Role
We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join our QLD Structural team. This role focuses on delivering technically complex structural projects for resources and water infrastructure clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and/or support projects at various lifecycle stages related to resources, roads, drainage, dams, water treatment plants, storm water management and heavy industrial developments
- →Undertaking technical project works including structural calculations, design and review of drawings, specifications, estimates and reports
- →Providing technical expertise and advice through all stages of the project lifecycle from feasibility studies, detailed design, condition assessments and construction support works
- →Manage project work technically and contractually to ensure that it meets technical requirements
- →Financial management of projects by monitoring time and cost against budget
- →Participating in client management and supporting business development activities
Requirements
- ✓Experience with structural calculations and design
- ✓Knowledge of concrete, precast and steelwork structures
- ✓Ability to manage projects technically and contractually
- ✓Experience with feasibility studies, detailed design and condition assessments
- ✓Strong financial management skills for project monitoring
