About the Role
We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Project Manager to join our UK Water business, supporting major programmes across the Midlands. This leadership role is central to the successful delivery of complex, high-value multi-disciplinary water and wastewater projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take full ownership of technical design delivery across wastewater non-infrastructure projects
- →Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams for large-scale treatment and network schemes
- →Build and maintain strong working relationships with water company clients and regulatory stakeholders
- →Drive UK-based design teams to produce integrated, efficient, and innovative solutions
- →Support robust governance across scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality, and assurance
- →Contribute to business growth by supporting client development and identifying new opportunities
Requirements
- ✓Experience with NEC3/4 Option A, C, E ECC Contract management
- ✓Strong background in budget control and payment valuations
- ✓Ability to conduct project scope planning, cost estimates, and feasibility studies
- ✓Experience in tender documentation preparation and evaluation
- ✓Expertise in managing construction contracts, monitoring project expenditure, and claims resolution
