About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Signalling CBTC Design Manager to lead the design and integration of advanced railway signalling systems for high-performance metro projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design and integration of CBTC signalling solutions
- →Manage brownfield migrations from legacy systems to CBTC with minimal operational impact
- →Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of signalling and train control systems for driverless metro environments
- →Apply RAM engineering methods (FMEA, FTA, stochastic modelling) to optimize availability and maintenance strategies
- →Contribute to the design of control rooms and operational facilities
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience in brownfield CBTC migration projects
- ✓Proven background in signalling and train control system design, ideally for driverless metros
- ✓Expertise in RAM, maintenance methodologies, and reliability modelling
- ✓Experience in control room and operator facilities design
- ✓Experience managing software development, testing, and integration processes using industry-standard methodologies
- ✓Ability to use data analytics tools to optimize development workflows and operational efficiency
