Requirements
- ✓6+ years building production data platforms that support high-stakes decision-making at scale
- ✓Mastery of modern data stack: SQL, Python, DBT, Snowflake
- ✓Proven track record designing both batch and streaming architectures that handle massive scale
- ✓Cross-functional leadership experience to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- ✓Obsession with quality and reliability in building systems
- ✓Communication skills to present to the C-suite, debug with engineers, and mentor junior teammates
- ✓Deep expertise in data modeling and warehousing
