About the Role
We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team within the Growth organization at Eight Sleep. This role involves owning complex forecasting challenges that directly impact supply chain, marketing spend, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build advanced demand forecasting models to eliminate stock-outs during peak periods
- →Develop marketing spend optimization algorithms incorporating seasonality and cross-channel effects
- →Create experimentation frameworks for incrementality testing across marketing channels
- →Design marketing attribution models for complex customer journeys
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of data science experience with impact on business-critical forecasting problems
- ✓Expertise in time series forecasting and experimentation design
- ✓Strong Python/R skills and expert SQL abilities
- ✓High ownership mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Business acumen to translate technical solutions to stakeholders
