About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Hardware Engineering / Technical Program Manager who will help lead the development of amazing new and innovative products at Eight Sleep, a company that redefines sleep fitness through advanced technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead execution of hardware product development programs from concept to mass production
- →Build alignment with senior leaders to establish program objectives and design program execution strategies
- →Navigate the project team through project execution to ensure the right people are working on the right things at the right time
- →Communicate across various engineering disciplines within the project and across the business
- →Champion best practices/processes that are impactful for scaling product development
- →Champion releasing the best possible product for customer experience
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's of Engineering
- ✓Preferred Master's of Engineering
- ✓3+ years in a program management role
- ✓Track record of launching successful products
- ✓Strong communication skills across various engineering disciplines
- ✓Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed
