Key Responsibilities

→Drive the adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions within new mid-market accounts and deepen engagement with existing accounts.
→Position yourself as a trusted advisor, assisting users in harnessing the power of Elastic's search analytics.
→Champion our Open Source offerings and articulate the value of our advanced commercial features.
→Identify and develop new use cases to showcase how Elastic’s solutions enable users to work more efficiently.
→Collaborate with various Elastic business functions to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
→Proactively identify new business opportunities and navigate complex sales cycles.
→Develop a comprehensive business plan to drive growth within your territory.

Requirements

✓Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales, particularly in complex accounts.
✓In-depth understanding and experience in selling solutions related to Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud.
✓Ability to build relationships with both developers and executives.
✓Consistent and accurate sales forecasting skills using SFDC.
✓Enthusiasm for the Open Source model and appreciation for the community.
✓Prior experience selling into Enterprise accounts.
