About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Automation Engineer to join our IT QA Team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality of Salesforce and coordinated systems through robust QA automation and functional testing. The position is responsible for building, maintaining, and implementing automated and manual tests.

Key Responsibilities

→Build, develop, and maintain comprehensive automation test strategies for Salesforce applications
→Strengthen the Salesforce quality engineering capability by crafting and implementing scalable automation frameworks
→Build, improve, and maintain automation solutions using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber BDD
→Automate test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
→Validate Salesforce business processes through structured functional and automated testing
→Implement API automation using REST Assured and conduct endpoint validation through Postman
→Apply testing fundamentals including regression optimization and defect management
→Demonstrate JIRA for defect tracking and execution reporting
→Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements

✓3–5 years of experience in Automation Quality Assurance with Salesforce testing
✓Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber BDD
✓Practical experience integrating automated test execution within CI/CD environments
✓Strong experience in API testing using REST Assured and Postman
✓Understanding of software testing principles including test strategy development and defect lifecycle management
✓Experience using JIRA or similar tools for defect tracking
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
✓Quality-first demeanor with dedication to continuous improvement
