About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive innovation in our security solution core workflows and help shape the future of agentic security and operations. This role involves orchestrating the development of groundbreaking solutions that empower organizations to gain AI-powered insights while managing investigations.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the roadmap for select security core workflows, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs
→Define and prioritize innovative product features based on customer requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams
→Drive product differentiation by conducting market analysis and customer interviews
→Develop comprehensive product and user requirements to guide development
→Build and maintain a balanced product roadmap that integrates innovation with timely customer delivery
→Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
→Engage customers and industry analysts to capture insights and validate product concepts
→Serve as a subject matter authority and product evangelist through presentations and thought leadership

Requirements

✓3-5 years in product management roles
✓2+ years specifically in SIEM, SOAR, or incident response roles
✓Experience with workflow automation and case management systems
✓Track record of improving operational efficiency through product improvements
✓Deep knowledge of security operations workflows, incident response, and SOC analyst personas
✓Understanding of SIEM architectures, log management, and security analytics
✓Familiarity with observability pillars - metrics, logs, and traces
✓Experience with software development in an open-source environment
✓Knowledge of natural language processing, conversational AI, and query interfaces
