About the Role
We are looking for a collaborative and results-oriented Treasury Manager to join our Treasury team at Elastic, focusing on investments, foreign currency risk management, debt, and insurance. This role will support the company's goals and objectives by building a best-in-class Treasury function.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute daily cash positions across 20+ countries and 30+ entities, ensuring appropriate liquidity
- →Assist with global bank account administration, including account openings, closures, and compliance with KYC requests
- →Support user management for banking and treasury systems
- →Execute intercompany transactions and manage the flow of funds between subsidiaries
- →Find opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and risk management across global treasury operations
- →Maintain policies and procedures for treasury operations to ensure adherence to governance standards
- →Assist with short-term investment activity, counterparty monitoring, and investment reporting
- →Provide support for Treasury-related tasks and ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- ✓5+ years of experience in Treasury or Finance with an international company
- ✓Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓High attention to detail with a control-oriented mindset
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones
- ✓Treasury systems experience including TMS, FX platforms, Clearwater, Bloomberg, and ERP systems
- ✓Knowledge in Treasury-related FASB rules and SEC disclosures
- ✓Effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
