About the Role
We are looking for a collaborative and results-oriented Treasury Manager to join our Treasury team at Elastic. This role focuses on investments, foreign currency risk management, debt, and insurance. As the Treasury Manager, you will build a best-in-class Treasury function supporting the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead global bank account administration including bank account structure, account openings, closures, and signatory updates
- →Support FX trade execution and settlement
- →Maintain user management for banking and treasury systems
- →Lead M&A integration, including bank account consolidation and reporting
- →Assist in managing the corporate global insurance program
- →Maintain treasury systems and banking platforms
- →Train team members and business partners on products and systems
- →Participate in system implementations and process automation initiatives
- →Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and risk management
- →Maintain policies and procedures for treasury operations
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AP, Payroll, Tax, Legal, AR, and Finance Operations
- →Build forecast models to support treasury metrics
- →Manage short-term investment activity and reporting
- →Prepare liquidity, capital structure, and risk metrics
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- ✓7+ years of experience in Treasury with an international company
- ✓Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
- ✓Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- ✓Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Knowledge of foreign currency exposures and FX trading
- ✓Treasury systems experience including TMS and other FinTechs
- ✓Knowledge of Treasury-related FASB rules and SEC disclosures
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
