About the Role
ELEKS is seeking a Middle 1C Developer to join their team in Ukraine. This role involves performing various development tasks on 1C projects, including coding, database query creation, defect fixing, data validation, report processing, and technical improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform server administration, including maintenance and incident management
- →Develop transaction plans between systems
- →Create synchronization between databases
- →Configure new databases
- →Process data reports for stakeholders
- →Write technical documentation
- →Perform maintenance tasks, including deployment and source code analysis
- →Assist the Tech Lead with integration tasks
- →Perform functional roles and instructions from the manager
- →Ensure project information security
- →Adhere to current administrative, criminal, and civil legislation of Ukraine, company's internal labor laws, fire safety regulations, and information security rules
Requirements
- ✓More than 2 years of experience developing 1C projects
- ✓Knowledge of payroll, HR, and accounting processes in 1C
- ✓Strong understanding of software development methodologies
- ✓Deep understanding of the 1C programming language and DB query languages
- ✓Good programming skills
- ✓Pre-intermediate or higher level of English
- ✓Bachelor's degree or higher in fields of Computer Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
- ✓Specialized education in 1C would be a plus
- ✓Experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies would be a plus
