About the Role
We are looking for a Contract Manager to join the ElevenLabs Legal team, supporting a range of commercial contracting matters and occasional corporate, compliance, and litigation work. This role involves collaborating with global colleagues to enable growth while managing risk across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Negotiate, review, manage, and track customer and vendor agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs
- →Maintain contract records and reporting through CLM systems and DocuSign
- →Support contract negotiations and assist with template/playbook updates
- →Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review
- →Act as a key contact for the legal department on commercial agreements
- →Support evaluation and implementation of new tools and products
- →Assist with corporate and IP filings for U.S. and international subsidiaries
- →Participate in special projects including corporate diligence and compliance rollouts
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience as a contract manager or paralegal, preferably in-house at a tech or SaaS company
- ✓Experience supporting GTM/Sales organizations with complex legal requests
- ✓Strong understanding of contract management and corporate governance
- ✓Experience supporting international entities and global teams
- ✓Familiarity with SaaS/AI contracting considerations
- ✓Proficiency with CLM tools (Ironclad, Salesforce, Asana, DocuSign)
- ✓Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
