About the Role
We are looking for a People Partner to join ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. This senior, hands-on role will partner directly with leads across the company to help them maximize their teams' effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner directly with leads to help them get the most out of their teams
- →Address performance, org health, employee relations, and day-to-day challenges
- →Serve as the connective tissue between the business and People Programs
- →Surface patterns and insights to improve people programs over time
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as a senior People Partner in a high-growth environment
- ✓Ability to operate with autonomy and minimal process
- ✓Credible and direct with strong, opinionated leaders
- ✓Sharp instincts on team health, performance, and org dynamics
- ✓Strong employee relations experience, including navigating complex situations
- ✓Experience partnering globally across functions and time zones
