About the Role

We are looking for our first North America Solutions Partner Manager to build a high-impact ecosystem of solution partners across North America. You will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and growing a network of solutions partners who build, integrate, and deliver innovative voice-AI experiences on top of the ElevenLabs platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Build a high-impact ecosystem of solution partners across North America
→Recruit, enable, and grow a network of solutions partners
→Build joint GTM plans with key partners to drive partner sourced pipeline and revenue
→Translate technical capabilities into clear customer and partner value propositions
→Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through co-selling and joint GTM motions

Requirements

✓7+ years of experience in building and managing successful regional solutions partnerships in North America
✓Strong understanding of API-driven products
✓Ability to partner closely with engineering, product, and solutions teams
✓Commercial mindset with experience driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
✓Excellent relationship-building skills across partners, sales, solutions engineering, and product teams
✓Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
✓Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
✓Passion for emerging AI technologies and their real-world applications across industries
✓Collaborative, proactive approach and a high level of ownership and accountability
