Two roles I'm particularly excited about but haven't had a chance to share: Technical Writer and Customer Education Engineer.
Technical writing and documentation is long overdue for a paradigm shift. This role is less about crafting the perfect Help Center article (though you'll need to know how to do that) and more about owning the knowledge pipeline from codebase to answering a user's question.
How do we enable and operationalize that knowledge pipeline? Enter the Customer Education Engineer. They will support technical writers in addition to our incredible education specialists and trainers. They will be the analytics and automation expert embedded in the teams that ensure our customers know how to get the most value out of EliseAI.
