About the Role
EliseAI's Finance team is seeking a Data Analyst to build, analyze, and report on large datasets across various projects. This role will bring quantitative rigor and a collaborative mindset to produce insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain Finance datasets and reporting within Hex
- →Own governance of core metrics, ensuring data is clean, consistent, and accessible
- →Automate Finance deliverables to scale with the company's growth
- →Partner with Data Engineers to strengthen data pipelines
- →Lead comprehensive analyses that surface insights and drive financial outcomes
- →Distill complex findings into clear data stories for diverse audiences
- →Support executive decision making with cross-functional data and recommendations
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field
- ✓2+ years industry experience in analytics
- ✓Strong SQL skills
- ✓Experience with dashboarding/data visualization tools
- ✓Basic understanding of experimental design and statistical methods
- ✓Excellent time management and organizational skills
- ✓Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week
