About The Role
In this role, you will drive scaling of our housing products, and will lead both strategic decision-making and operational execution. You will also focus on enhancing our growth trajectory and operational efficiency with our team, ensuring agility and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations across our product suite
- Program manage product launches, including creating enablement materials, running training sessions, and managing rollout timelines
- Own the customer feedback loop by synthesizing insights from Gong, support tickets, and surveys to drive product improvements
- Lead compliance, readiness, and operational projects for new and existing product offerings
- Manage ongoing customer engagements and identify expansion opportunities

Requirements
- Experience in implementation management, customer success, or engagement management for B2B SaaS products
- Strong understanding of complex operational workflows and customer-facing systems
- Track record working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
- Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and building processes from scratch
- Comfortable managing 5β10+ concurrent customer implementations
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range
The salary range for this role is $150,000 β $200,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on experience, skill level, location, and qualifications assessed during the interview process. Additional details will be provided by our Recruiting Team.
