About the Role

We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join EliseAI, a company improving housing and healthcare industries through AI integration. This role involves building, testing, and optimizing integrated campaigns across multiple channels to educate prospects, convert leads into customers, and retain existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

→Attract and nurture prospects through mid and bottom funnel campaigns
→Convert leads to customers with targeted nurture tracks and personalized journeys
→Retain and grow existing customers through onboarding and engagement programs
→Leverage a full-channel mix including email, paid and organic digital campaigns, direct mail, events, SMS, and more
→Test, measure, and optimize campaigns using data to refine audience segmentation, creative, and messaging strategies

Requirements

✓6+ years of experience in lifecycle, demand generation, CRM, or growth marketing roles
✓Proven success driving measurable results across lead nurturing, conversion, and customer retention programs
✓Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns across various marketing channels
✓Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages
✓Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
✓Comfort working with data, analytics, and attribution models
✓Skilled in segmentation, personalization, and testing frameworks
✓Excellent copywriting and messaging skills
✓Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other marketing teams
✓A track record of scaling campaigns through automation and system integration
✓Willingness to work in person at our office 4 days a week
