About the Role
The Software Test Engineer is a technical leader who drives engineering quality, system reliability, and delivery excellence across Elite's cloud-native SaaS platform for law firm operations. This role focuses on designing scalable, high-quality software systems through collaboration with engineering, architecture, product, and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to system and component-level architecture design
- →Own end-to-end technical execution of key initiatives
- →Lead cross-team initiatives and influence platform-level decisions
- →Uphold high engineering standards through code reviews and best practices
- →Partner with Product, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams
- →Lead complex incident response and technical root cause analysis
- →Mentor and support engineers
- →Contribute high-quality, production-ready code
- →Balance short-term delivery with long-term technical health
- →Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ✓9–12 years of professional software development experience
- ✓Expert-level knowledge of software architecture and system design
- ✓Proven experience delivering large-scale, cloud-based systems
- ✓Experience writing test automation at every level
- ✓Experience in modern cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- ✓Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
- ✓Ability to drive change across complex technical environments
- ✓Must be legally authorized to work in United States
