About the Role
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join Emma – The Sleep Company, the world's largest D2C sleep brand. This role focuses on managing influencer relationships and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and brand credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and strengthen influencer relationships while recruiting new influencers who are a strong fit for the brand
- →Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that drive sales, brand credibility, and reputation
- →Negotiate and manage contract structures to optimize profitability and support sustainable growth
- →Analyze influencer content and performance to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
- →Collaborate closely with country marketing teams to ensure influencer initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver consistent month-on-month revenue growth
Requirements
- ✓Fluent in English and can work in Dutch
- ✓Collaborative skills and a creative mind
- ✓Ability to adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects
- ✓Structured and organized
- ✓Great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously
