What you'll do • Manage the day-to-day relationship with last-mile carriers and logistics vendors • Negotiate and manage SLAs (OTIF, lead times, claim rates, service levels) • Track and analyze logistics KPIs such as OTIF, cost per order, backlog, and claims • Lead regular performance reviews with carriers and push improvement actions • Solve operational issues quickly when performance drops • Identify and onboard new carriers or vendors when needed • Work closely with Supply Chain, CX, Finance, and Tech teams to improve delivery performance Who we're looking for: • Experience managing external logistics partners (last mile or 3PL) • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with KPIs and operational data • Experience defining SLAs and managing vendor performance • Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment • Clear, structured communicator What we offer: • Pet-friendly office environment. • Discounts on our products. • Health insurance, including dental. • 24 vacation days. • A multicultural and international work environment. • Company events that are actually enjoyable and build meaningful connections. • Ownership, trust, and support from day one to grow your career.
