About the Role
Emplifi is seeking an Account Executive to join their social sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and exploring cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the designated territory
- →Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients
- →Present digital marketing solutions to potential clients
- →Foster and grow relationships with existing clients
- →Regularly review client campaigns and provide insights and optimization suggestions
- →Recognize opportunities to offer additional or premium services to current clients
- →Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory
- →Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and sales progress
- →Provide regular feedback to marketing and product teams
- →Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met
- →Identify, research, and engage potential leads through various channels
- →Qualify leads by assessing their potential needs and fit
- →Consistently manage and update the sales pipeline
- →Forecast potential sales activities and revenue outcomes
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing
- ✓Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- ✓Strong understanding of digital marketing services
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Fluent German and English language skills
- ✓Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- ✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ✓Strong negotiation and presentation skills
