Key Responsibilities
- →Define customer requirements and play them back for agreement
- →Learn, articulate, configure, and design solutions for customer requirements
- →Take ownership of solving customer requirements and issues
- →Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
- →Run customer workshops to enable solution implementation
- →Train project teams and end users on business solutions
- →Produce detailed documentation including requirements, design, configuration, test, and cutover
- →Act as a conduit between customers and Flintfox teams for implementations and support
- →Work on multiple projects including implementations and support
- →Maintain functional and technical competencies and methodologies
- →Provide solution design and triage support to customers
- →Quality assure technical capabilities of software customizations
- →Create Business Requirements Documentation and Solution Design Documents
- →Write test scripts based on requirements and carry out testing
- →Ensure all billable work is billed effectively and maximize billable opportunities
- →Record and submit timesheets daily and weekly
Requirements
- ✓At least 2 years of experience in ERP implementations
- ✓Business Analysis ability to capture and document business requirements
- ✓Configuration certification in setting up ERP solutions
- ✓Working knowledge of Order to Cash or Procure to Pay processes
- ✓Intermediate understanding of Trade Spend terminology and business reasons
- ✓Intermediate understanding of sales/purchase order terminology and pricing
- ✓Understanding of Profit and Loss Statements
- ✓Basic to intermediate understanding of accounting journal entries
- ✓Good communication and presentation skills
- ✓Experience creating implementation documents like Business Requirements Documents
- ✓Experienced at writing test scripts and testing solutions
- ✓Relevant post-secondary qualification in business administration or IT
- ✓Experience in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
- ✓ERP Functional Certifications
