Salary Range

$115,600 - $176,000 /year

Key Responsibilities

→Define customer requirements and confirm them with the customer
→Learn, configure, and design solutions for customer requirements
→Train project teams and end users on business solutions
→Produce detailed documentation for requirements, design, configuration, testing, and cutover
→Resolve customer problems and maintain strong relationships
→Develop relationships with Global Development teams and other partners
→Take ownership of multiple solutions to maximize software value
→Act as a conduit between customers and technical teams
→Work on multiple projects simultaneously
→Maintain technical competence and domain knowledge of Dynamics ERP products
→Provide solution architecture support and technical guidance
→Create Solution Design, Configuration, and Functional Design Documents
→Relate requirements from customers to development team members
→Ensure software technical capabilities meet customer requirements
→Contribute to successful implementation of solutions
→Work closely with engagement teams to meet customer expectations
→Communicate effectively with team members
→Undertake additional tasks and ad-hoc projects
→Write test scripts and carry out testing
→Ensure billable work is billed effectively
→Maximize opportunities for billable work
→Submit timesheets on time and accurately

Requirements

✓5 to 8 years’ experience in ERP software implementations
✓Proven track record in delivering technical solutions and requirements
✓Experience in solution design and customer presentation
✓Guide and develop Acceptance Criteria for Solution Designs
✓Relevant post-secondary qualification or substantial work experience
✓Experience in implementing system design and process improvements
✓Experience working with key customers to deliver customization requirements
✓Requirements gathering and business analysis experience
✓Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
✓In-depth understanding of related business processes
✓Flintfox implementation experience
